An RV dealership based out of Linn Creek, Mo., Quality RV offers both new and used RVs, and often promote their business through Internet specials. Their inventory includes fifth-wheel trailers, campers, toy haulers, pop-up campers, RVs and travel trailers.

Their authorized to deal the whole gamut — from Jayco to Jay Feather, from Salem to Silverback. Their entire inventory includes: Eagle, Pinnacle, White Hawk, Salem, Jayco, Villa, Cedar Creek, Silverback, Rockwood, Jayfeather, Windjammer, Roo, Signature Lite, and Swift manufacturers.


The Challenges

Selling RVs in a conservative economy is no cakewalk… but it’s even more challenging when you’re only marketing locally, and where there isn’t a big market for people trying to venture out. Based out of Lake of the Ozarks, Quality RV felt overshadowed by the more local, water-based recreational activities that dominate the popular Midwest vacation community, and wanted to expand their audience statewide.

After vetting their options for SEO marketing firms, Quality RV chose the Lift Division team to bring their business the digital ‘lift’ they’d been searching for. Specifically, Quality RV aimed to improve their online brand by increasing their search rankings, expanding their audience, and improving their online brand overall.

As a first step, the Lift Division team met with Quality RV and discussed the company’s business goals. After learning about the RV dealership’s needs and the state of the industry in general, the Lift team began researching different aspects of searcher behavior for new and used RVs. Collecting a wide range of search data and analyzing the results, the Lift team created a custom marketing strategy designed to boost rankings, increase leads and drive sales for Quality RV.

While Lift Division did not build a website for Quality RV, we worked with the company’s existing web design team to implement critical on- and off-page SEO. In addition, Lift created a verified Google+ as well as articles and content with the help of the Quality RV team. These articles were strategically placed across the web as part of an Authority Management package, adding valuable content for searchers and driving domain authority to the Quality RV brand.

The Results
