Content Strategist Internship: Spring 2022

Effective marketing can be driven by effective, creative strategy and copywriting. At Lift Division, quality writing factors into everything we do. Whether we're building a website, writing blogs or developing other forms of content marketing, the written word is how we connect our customers to their audience.

The ideal Content Strategist intern is an excellent writer, editor, and peer. At Lift Division, we serve many clients across many different industries so being able to switch tones and style in your writing is essential. You should also be able to research a topic and incorporate that research into your content seamlessly. Once the writing is complete, you will be responsible for editing your own work before sending it for peer review. Your peers will also need you to copy edit their work from time to time. To succeed, you will need a good understanding of modern grammar and AP style.

Between content creation projects, you will also be responsible for assisting in creating and managing client profiles across a number of different directory profiles including Google and Bing. This type of work requires a highly detail-oriented individual. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and checking projects off your to-do list. We pride ourselves on giving interns the autonomy to complete their work while also acting as mentors so that you get the most out of your internship.
