Director of Brand Strategy

The Director of Brand Strategy will work closely and collaborate with multiple team members at Lift Division to meet client needs and expectations. This position is an integral part of our team as our company continues to grow. The role focuses on the creation of brand strategy for our clients, the utilization of multiple marketing channels to execute the strategy, and ongoing account management. Some of the areas of marketing that could be recommended and implemented by our Director of Brand Strategy (and the sales rep that's involved) include content creation for websites, social media management, videography, SEO and paid search campaigns, content marketing and more.

Responsibilities

-Copywriting (and editing copy of others) for websites, blogs, client communications, etc..
-Research, analyze, and help create content for marketing initiatives (e.g. website content, SEO content, social media posts, reputation management, etc.) and advise other teammates when creative marketing projects are needed like branding, print, video, photography are needed.
-Ongoing client social media management including strategy, content creation, scheduling, reporting and client communication
-Enhance the client experience by creating marketing and content strategies and content with an omnichannel approach
-Manage a portfolio of SEO and AdWords clients (includes strategy, reporting, analytics monitoring, client communication and project management)
-Interview and meet with clients to discuss their vision and ideas and create content based on project scope and marketing solutions sold
-Communicate directly and clearly with clients, sales reps, and management
-Use our various software systems to track time, project processes and client analytics

Skills & Requirements

- Strong copywriting skills
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of organization and detail oriented
- A team player who loves the thrill of entrepreneurship, who doesn't mind working hard, and who is passionate about helping others succeed

Content Strategist (Internship) -- Summer (and/or Fall) 2021

Effective marketing can be driven by effective, creative strategy and copywriting. At Lift, quality writing factors in to everything we do. Whether we're building a website, writing blogs or developing other forms of content marketing, many times the written word is how we connect our customers to their audience.

Interns in the Content Strategist internship have the opportunity to work on a team and get experience with a wide range of projects, including website copy, blogs, SEO projects, articles and social media posts as well as the occasional video script or whitepaper. Our office is located across from the J-school on 9th St (above Subway) which past interns have loved for between class work. Come to Lift and turn your creativity into success!

This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities

-Writing for a variety of mediums on a variety of topics
-Strategy development, topic generation and research
-Collaborative editing

10-40 hours/week
Creative writing and clean copy
In-house work required for team strategy development
